Gluten Free Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1½ lbs 90% lean ground beef
- 1 white onion, chopped
- ¾ cup We Love You Original Bulgogi Sauce
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F
- In large bowl, mix 3 ingredients and shape into 1.5 inch balls
- Place meatballs on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes
- Drizzle pan drippings over meatballs for extra deliciousness.
