Koreanish Meatloaf
This is not your grandma's meatloaf!
Ingredients
Loaf Ingredients
- 2 lbs 90% lean ground beef
- 1 cup We Love You Original Bulgogi Sauce
- 1 cup kimchi* *optional
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup breadcrumbs
Gochu-Ketchup Sauce
- ⅓ cup We Love You Gochujang Sauce
- ⅓ cup ketchup
Instructions
- Mix loaf ingredients and transfer to a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Shape into a 9x5 inch loaf.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Remove from oven and brush top of loaf with 2-3 tbsp GochuKetchup sauce and bake for an additional 10-15 min until center of meatloaf reads 160 degrees. Set aside extra Gochu-Ketchup sauce to enjoy on the side.
- Let meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
