Koreanish Meatloaf

This is not your grandma's meatloaf!

Loaf Ingredients

  • 2 lbs 90% lean ground beef
  • 1 cup We Love You Original Bulgogi Sauce
  • 1 cup kimchi* *optional
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs

Gochu-Ketchup Sauce

  • cup We Love You Gochujang Sauce
  • cup ketchup


  • Mix loaf ingredients and transfer to a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Shape into a 9x5 inch loaf.
  • Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Remove from oven and brush top of loaf with 2-3 tbsp GochuKetchup sauce and bake for an additional 10-15 min until center of meatloaf reads 160 degrees. Set aside extra Gochu-Ketchup sauce to enjoy on the side.
  • Let meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
