- 6 lbs flanken cut short ribs, ¼-⅓" thick
- 1 bottle We Love You Original
- Vegetable Oil as needed
- Combine marinade and short ribs in a large bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs or overnight.
- Place oil in large cast iron skillet and heat until medium hot. Cook short ribs 3-7 mins on each side until nicely browned.
