Pan Seared Korean-style Pork Chops
- 4 pork chops, ½-1 inch thick
- ½ bottle We Love You Bulgogi Sauce
- Combine WE RUB YOU Korean BBQ marinade and pork chops into a large resealable bag and marinate for 6-12 hours in the refrigerator.
- Place oil in large cast iron skillet and heat until medium hot. Place chops in the pan and cook each side for about 4 minutes on each side. Serve hot with your favorite side dish!
