If you love Korean BBQ and your go-to order at your favorite KBBQ joint is beef bulgogi, then this one’s for you. Based on our family recipe, our bulgogi marinade is made with gluten free soy sauce, toasted sesame seeds, a touch of tart sweetness from apples and of course lots of garlic!
The Original version is not spicy and is traditionally used to make beef bulgogi and kalbi. We happen to love it on oven baked chicken thighs. Recipe here. Word on the street is kids love this stuff.
